Quality Control

INTEX maintains uncompromising product quality through internationally recognized certifications and expert oversight. We hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification ensuring all textiles are free from harmful substances, WRAP Gold Certification validating ethical manufacturing practices, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification for sustainable material traceability, and ISO 9001 accreditation for systematic quality management.


Our seasoned quality control team implements a 360° inspection protocol:

  • Pre-production: Material testing for colorfastness (ISO 105), shrinkage (AATCC 135), and tensile strength (ASTM D5034)

  • In-process: 12 checkpoints monitoring stitch integrity (8-12 stitches/cm), seam alignment (±1mm tolerance), and dimensional accuracy

  • Pre-shipment: AQL 2.5 inspections with fit verification on 3D body scans


This multilayered approach – combining third-party audited standards with hands-on expertise – enables us to consistently achieve <0.5% defect rates. All processes are documented in our digital QC system for full supply chain transparency. As a Bluesign® system partner and active contributor to the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, we pioneer eco-conscious quality benchmarks for performance wear.
